Have not used the alarm but this is a nice, compact and highly visible digital clock. We use it in the tv cabinet. Visible around the large room.

I got this as a bed side alarm clock. The alarm is so quiet that I sleep right thru it. No option to make it louder.

Thought this would be perfect to replace broken clock in our bedroom. But while it’s very easy to read, the numbers are very bright and doesn’t have a dimmer switch. Way too bright for a bedroom.
