It's been a year since we purchased this and it's still easy to use. We didn't have any issues with the strength of the cot or the quality of the mattress till now. It's very easy to use, the folding feature helps a lot to have more space during the day and the wheels helps to move it around easily.But the only issue is we are not able to find any good bed cover that covers both the sides and that stays on even when we fold the cot.We are searching for cover that goes on both sides because there is rust forming in the back side as the iron is constantly pressing the mattress even when we fold or have it open.

This product needs a negative ranking. Sadly I cannot give less than 1 star. Hardly I have used it for 2 months and now I started experiencing severe back pain due to sag at middle joint area. On complaining and asking for replacement during warranty, I have got a nasty response that middle part is designed to be more firmer (which eventually ends up in sagging) and they denied and rejected replacement saying its not a manufacturing defect. Ironically they have stopped sending the technician for inspection and kept asking for a pic by placing rod at the mattress to show the sagging which will never get on camera. They are using this as a tactics to reject the replacement. Don't waste your money on this CHEAP product

The bed frame is strong and sturdy. The wheel locks are also effective. Folding the bed is not difficult. Quality of the mattress is very good too.
