I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered the cake image but I’m so happy with what we received! It was the perfect size for our 9x13 cake and it looked identical to the image I submitted. The colors were bright and the image was very clear and better than I thought. The instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them!!

I absolutely love this! I ordered the 1/4 sheet size and it arrived quickly. The seller was very nice and responded quickly to questions that I had about this item. What I did was order a 1/4 sheet cake at the bakery and then I gave them my cake topper and they applied it for me and added frosting to match the photo. If you give the topper to your baker be sure to give them the instructions with it as well since it’s not supposed to be stored in the fridge or freezer. My husband loves Naruto and loved this cake! 10/10 recommend.

I failed to read directions first but luckily I did not destroy it, once I read them everything was smooth sailing! My son was thrilled with the results. Easy to work with, looked identical to image we sent in! Will order again!

So I got this for my husband's birthday, he loved it. I was worried by some of the reviews but I'm glad I went ahead and purchased. It came really quick and the quality of the image was great. The colors were also great and very vivid. I placed it on frosting and left it out for hours, it held well. The image only started to have a wet look once it had been on the cake for 10+ hours and had been in the fridge. I recommend

The flavor was great and easy to use. I will definitely be ordering through their company again. They misspelled one word on it and when I contacted them and they responded within 30 minutes and said they would send out another one right away. Everyone makes mistakes but I believe it is how they rectify it that keeps customers returning. I will definitely be ordering through them again.

Great customer service!! They worked with me in getting exactly what I wanted. The picture looked great!! My only complaint and reason for only 4 stars was that it didn't mesh in with the frosting like they said it would. It stood out on my cake. I think because it was too thick. However...with that being said.... nothing a little frosting can't fix! I would definitely order from them again. Great people and company.

There is a sealed hair in the product and it isn't eligible for return as it is a food product. I purchased it to use for a birthday cake and now I'm unsure what to do for the cake so it's suffice to safe I'm severely disappointed...Aside from that the packaging is nice and the colors are very desirable. Just wish I could have used it. Unsure of whom I could reach out to about this?
