Exactly as advertised
Excellent quality, excellent material lengths. Elastic to prevent vein injury and excessive pressures. A little tricky to pull taut on the arms but nothing a little elbow grease doesn't fix--they only need to be tight enough to get a small juicing of the veins which is not very tight at all, basically perfect. Also can be worn discreetly under clothing if you keep the tension light (for safety) for an all-day effect.Awesome product, awesome price.

Who needs blood flow when you can have biceps?
The work great and hold well during the most rigorous of workouts. It can be a hassle to tighten them without someone to assist however, and the cord will thin out and catch awkwardly if you pull too hard and too quickly.

Just arrived today, used 1 time and it snapped. (Broke) .. complete waste of money.

Not bad for the price
Not a bad product for the price but it would be better if it came with specific instructions. So far they have held up well but we have not used them heavily yet.
