Motion detection is terrible
motion detection does not work. will send you false alarms constantly throughout the day even with the lowest sensitivity level set.

5 hours for a call back from customer service but it is free
owen called me back and walked me thru on how to attach my phone to my system.. he was very helpful and patient once we understood each other needs.. i hope to get owen again if needed.
