2 stars because it's name is accurate - (keep reading), one because its that bad
If you want wasted calories, less quality ingredients than a wally world protein special, a dozen extra supplemental ingredients that are in any good pre-workout you should already be taking, and less whey isolate for more money, buy this protein. Creatine blends with milk like sand blends with water, and this junk tastes like sand impregnated it with more sand. It's first listed "other ingredient" is casein protein, you know, 80% of what the protein in milk is, also known as cheap- its second listed ingredient is whey protein concentrate, again, known as the cheapest whey you can buy after a gallon of milk. 50 grams of mostly slow digesting casein protein in a 75 gram scoop for $31+ for 33oz is an atrocity against all semi-intelligent gym people. The only reason this has less calories than milk is because it has enough sucralose and stevia to taste like diet coke boiled down into tar with added banana. You are not getting more for less- if you bought optimum nutrition gold/platinum and mixed HALF AS MUCH with skim milk you would be better off and could spend the rest of your money on pre-workout that you probably overdose on already with the rest of these magical ingredients. The only thing about this that made me give it two stars is the fact that the label is honest- it will make you put on monster weight, and it's pretty much as close to milk in protein composition as you can get in a name brand protein. I gave this to one of my less than rich lifting friends and he stopped taking a FREE PROTEIN after gaining almost 2 inches- around his waist (and he is 175 lb, 9% body fat meathead)

Hating on this taste means you're clearly working for a competing company
This stuff does NOT taste bad!Just had to put that out there. Read up on several reviews, and they had nothing but pure hatred for the taste. It tastes just like it's Muscle Milk counterparts. If you enjoyed (or could tolerate) the taste of Muscle Milk, you'll enjoy (or be able to tolerate) Monster Milk. Period.Am I saying that it's impossible for someone to produce a BETTER tasting product? No. But this sure beats your usual protein-heavy whatchamacallit shake that has that awful, horrible chalky aftertaste (looking at you, protein-heavy Naked Juices). Please do not take the "4 Star" rating as a testament to what Monster Milk can do for your body. I just started it this morning, so I wouldn't be able to comment on that for several weeks. This is a rating simply to counter-balance the "Taste Haters" out there. Poor form, guys.

great product. tastes amazing.
the product is really good for the price. it tastes really well. it is really sugary, which isn't a problem for me since i have a sweet tooth, but if you find it too much then just add a little extra milk to the thing to dull it down a bit. it is also little thick and grainy but nothing bad, gives it great texture. i'd recommend using a blender for about 10 seconds. mixes perfectly. otherwise youll be shaking for a while. it has more stuff in it than most other protein shakes (check the nutrition facts.). wish it had more carbs however. i'd recommend taking one scoop 10-15 minutes before a workout (25 g of protein.) and another scoop immediately after workout (another 25 g) to complete the serving. as for the results. only time will tell. i just got it about a week ago. still think it is a great product.

I'm a hugh fan of monster milk
Banana flavor is outstanding. Strawberry flavor is not as bad as poop so I'll finish what I've opened so as to not waste money, but I will not be reordering that flavor. I'll try a different flavor and update the review.2 scoops = 1 serving1 serving brings- 50 grams of protein. awesome. Sometimes I only take 1 scoop.- 11.8 grams of BCAAs on roughly 2:1:1 ratio. pretty standard but I like the high quanitiy per serving.- 22.5 grams of EAAs no complaints- 13 grams of Glutamine. I'm a big fan of glutamine which I would take separately so this is convenient.- 1 gram "monster" creatine... whateverI haven't really compared stats with other products but I'm happy with these and extremely happy with the flavor, banana anyway. It's worth a shot for anyone looking for a protein shake. I've subscribed to the banana flavor so it's even cheaper.

Solid product, decent flavor.
First off, i blend one scoop of MM with one scoop my regular pure isolate whey as a post workout shake when I am trying to bulk or doing heavy strength lifting. MM is a good product with a solid lean macro structure. It is a blend of isolate and concentrate whey sources with a light miscelar mix to slow absorption and leave a fuller feeling. There is a slight after taste that takes some getting used to. That being said this is a solid flavor but I still prefer the cookies and creme (mixed with milk chocolate whey). Overall good product for recovery and building lean bulk.

Great flavor, Something different
This is a delicious flavor. It's thick and tastes like a desert. It's a blend of fast and slow digesting proteins, just like the other Monster Milk flavors.I'm highly suspicious of reviews saying that it tastes bad. There's noway anyone in their right mind would say that. It does taste a lot like cake batter. The flavor is not very intense, but then again, neither is cake batter. If you're on the fence and want to get away from the usual chocolate flavors, give it a try.

Best Bfast ever
I have Monster Milk after every morning workout. First of all, it taste great. it's actually a joy to drink, and is thick, creamy and filling even when only mixing with water. It supplies a moderate amount of calories, low amount of impact carbs and high amount of both short and long burning protein. AKA this stuff is exactly what you need post-workout.I would personally like to see a slightly higher Creotine content, but that can easily be solved with an additional supplement.
