It has perfect firmness to support the neck and the shape of pillow i also designed to give most comfortableness. I like the sleeping mask as well which came along with pillow, it has notch for nose, due to which it adjust really well. The pillow cover can be removed for washing.

Super soft and comfy
Received my pillow today. Love it so far. It's very soft and comfy. The memory foam is amazing. Very good quality, not cheaply made. The travelling bag is perfect and it doesn't take much more space. Will buy another one in the future.

Too Hard
Not very comfortable at all and very hard. It's not going to be comfortable if you have any type of head rest padding on an actual plain. I put this to the side after one flight bc it was more comfortable without it.
