really pretty, folds up just like a hand fan, for easy storage, beautiful color, this comes in a lot of color choices

it's fine for 10 bucks and serves it's purpose
The plastic is a little flimsy and you can see little bits of glue where the feathers are glued on, but all in all, it's fine for 10 bucks and serves it's purpose. I was just using it for the lower part of a peacock costume for my daughter.
