While I have no way to prove it I feel very confident that my overall good health is the result of using this product in tandem with several other products that I've been using to boost my immune system. Some people believe Zinc Picolinate may help in preventing illness or making an illness less severe. It's important to know there are side effects if you consume high doses. 30 mg is a bit higher than I wanted, but it is in the safe range. Don't take more than one per day.

It is difficult for men to get zinc in my diet so after doing my research I decided on this supplement. It actually boosts my libido and makes me slightly more aggressive in the gym so I know my testosterone levels increase. I'll buy again.

Had issues with soreness after breast cancer surgery and breathing problems. All cleared up, I can only contribute it to the zinc after being told by my doctor my levels were low. Great product and will most definitely be purchasing it again.
