UTG Super Slim Picatinny RMR Mount

Fit and finish look and feel really good. Seems very secure on the picatinny rail but I've not been able to mount the optic since the included 6-48 screws are too short. Some have blamed the manufacture nut I believe it's due to using a knock off optic like I am, the screw mount area is machined differently then a true Trijicon RMR. I ordered longer screws and all shpuld be good to go. Should be fun for airsoft

Fit great, nice mount for the money, use on Remington 1100 12ga. No issues.

Excellent quality and service

Solid construction with a nice mat anodize, though slightly rough to the touch, that assists in screw retention even without thread locker. I would however still recommend a thread locker if using this for anything more than airsoft or rimfire.*Important note* - The thread pitch for the screws provided may, or at least they were in my case, be different than screws provided by the manufacturer for an optic being mounted. The screws you intend to use MUST be able to easily bottom out by hand without the optic in place. How to tell: if your screws (by hand) stop turning firmly & suddenly, they have bottomed out, if they stop slowly with a mushy feeling, this is a sign of a variation in thread pitch. Use of screws with a different thread pitch is asking for failure & disappointment.You may have to seek alternative screws or carefully modify the length and/or head diameter of the UTG provided screws in order to properly mount your preferred optic.

I wanted to try a Mini Red dot Optic (MRO) and didn't want to pay $100 plus to see if it was what I wanted. This mount is very solid and provides Absolute Co-Witness. I thought I would get a Scalarworks mount if I liked the set up but I'll just use this one and see how durable it is.Over 300rds with it and it's stayed solid, kept zero and none of the mounting screws have loosened. I did use blue loctite and torqued the screw as was recommended in the instructions. UTG has come a long way with it's quality while keeping prices very affordable.

Price was great compared to other manufacturers. I liked getting 2 products for the price of 1.I initially installed the optic on the lower mount, but it was too low, so I moved it over to the co-witness mount. I had my brand new, Real Avid Smart-Torq set to the recommended 12 in-lbs, and it clicked off correctly for the lower mount, but when I moved the optic to the co-witness mount, the mount stripped (the screws themselves were fine; they came out with stripped metal in the threads).Also, the screws provided with the mount have a much wider head than the screws provided with the optic. Unfortunately, none of the screws provided with the optic fit the mount's thread pattern, so I used the mount screws, but they just covered the battery compartment!And I missed my return window by 2 days. Overall, a very disappointing experience!
