Really a very poor quality product. Had purchased it few days back but didn’t open as clinic was not ready and today on opening found it to be completely damaged and broken. And on applying the wire with few seconds the wire got shot. Amazon should ban such sellers as such poor quality products decreases our confidence on online shopping. And now return window is also over so can’t even return it.

Good product for hospital to see the CT scans and MRI ,tough and durable acrylic sheet used , Aluminium frame as we use for notice boards,brightened is one issue even in full brighteness the contrast is O.K. but needs better illumination Power that's why I have given 2 star for brighteness,presentation could have been better.Price in Rs 2999/- would have been an excellent deal and would have been a 5 star product,Prime surgicals should give better discount to the regular customers of Amazon.in and should think about the market rates and competitive market they are selling the product.

The media could not be loaded. Absolute non senseOrdered the product and after opening saw that product broken distorted although outer package looked good. Absolute nonsense and after that orderd in IndiaMART and overall delivery experience is so good that no point in ordering hospital equipment in AmazonAND THE WORST PART OF THE ORDER IS IT IS NON REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLEthose who have lot of money can spend here ordering this scrap

The X-Ray box was in broken condition when delivered. Raising a complaint does not help as it is non-returnable. Don’t buy this product.

Damaged was sent and asking for exchange no exchange no replacement no repair on opening with local service provider it’s already repaired and sensor are not workingMy recommendation for team Amazon to boycott the products supplied by this prime company
