AudioControl DM-810 8 by 10 Channel Matrix Digital Signal Processor

I have been looking for this product for a while and it is perfect

HOLY CRAP. I FEEL LIKE A GEEK OWNING THIS THING. ITS EASY TO USE ONCE U WATCH THE DM810 YOUTUE VIDEO (WHY YOU NEED A DSP) EXCELLENT CONTROL OVER EVERY PART OF YOUR SYSTEM.. AND THE NEW BLUETOOTH ADAPTER WILL ALLOW YOU TO CONTROL THE DM810 THROUGH YOUR ANDROID OR APPLE DEVICE.. SO IM TOLD. IT HASNT ACUALLY BEEN Released YET, BUT AUDIOCONTROL SAYS SOMETIME IN MARCH OR APRIL OF 2018. I CANT WAIT

I like everything about this unit except the customer service. It’s a solid well built processor that’s easy to use but don’t have any questions about it because customer service will not help you. . I’ve dealt with this companys customer service before and it went well but now they won’t even pick up the phone and just leave you on hold. Customer service is 100% tied to an item. Meaning your not only buying the item, your buying the help to go with it. My advice buy from a company that will help their customers,

Purchased this unit and just after the 90 day mark it started having issues. Unit would not shut down and get hot and cause amps to not shut down. Also would intermittently not pass audio through it to the amps until you would unplug the power plug to reset it then it would work until the vehicle shut down. The next time I would get in the vehicle it won't work. I called 3 times and left multiple message. No one for support. I sent an email and they have a canned response and do not respond. This company used to be Top in the car audio industry so I am confused.

Perfect for my application but the app needs work when used with Bluetooth. Settings can only be saved when the app is running on a Windows OS connected with USB.

This unit is feature pack but very easy to use! I can’t wait to get it installed in my suv

Arrived on time and in good shape. The DM-810 is a great processor and worth the money in my opinion.

Despite the fact it comes with icro usb cable for laptop connect thru the smart dsp app. The cord, is rigid, and the micro usb connect location is in a bad location. It became loose, and unusable after 1x use. Audio control needs to update their product info, because reselkers that do not know the products they are selling think the cable is not included. Lastly, Audio Control should update this port to usb type c. Micro usb is being phased out. The ports and cables crap out over time, and usb type c's dont as quickly. For the price it should be a no brainer. Even recharable flashlights are upgrading the technology. Besides this, the hissing noise others have talked about im experiencing too. I a ill be trying to switch negative leads, ect, but i know its this unit. The system wad hooked up prior without this dsp, no hiss. Plus it does it without the vehicle even running. Super annoying!
