This book is really helpful for anyone who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I got this for my husband and it helped us figure out the best diet for him. It would also be good for anyone who is pre-diabetic and looking to change their diet. It was an easy read and full of good information.

Got this for my Uncle so he could learn a bit more about his diabetes diagnosis and he just loves it. He was very impressed with the knowledge he gained from this book and keeps quoting it when we talk, My Uncle is so awesome! I would say that he would recommend this book to anyone.

Very informative for a small book. Everyone who has diabetes or knows some one with it, should but it for them. I recommend this product.

I'm glad to have received but I have to be honest...I have not started reading it. Soon.
