Why did you pick this product vs others?:After my last dose of antibiotics for a UTi, I became extremely fatigued and incapacitated. I was already dealing with auto immune issues so the antibiotics made it way worse. I tried other brands with no relief. But with this brand, I almost feel back to my normal self & not as fatigued. I have hope again! I bought 4 more bottles so I don’t run out. By the way, I took triple the recommended dose.

I have finished 2 bottles of this spore probiotic. I had been taking regular probiotics previously, and was curious about this spore type. This one says to take it at the end of a meal once a day.I find it difficult to tell if probiotics are really doing anything. I suffer from excessive burping and occasional heartburn. My doctors haven't had much for me other than PPI's, and those are not healthy in the long term, so I don't take them. My symptoms might very well be much worse if I wasn't taking probiotics, and I'm afraid to stop taking them.Not a scientific test, but this spore version seemed at first to cause wet farts and loose stool. That went away after awhile. When I had several shortbread cookies and tortilla chips before bed (wheat and corn flour are a trigger for me), I woke up with terrible heartburn. That was an extreme test however, and I should have known better.So, it's not a panacea, but might be helpful. I also think taking twice a day, one at the end of two meals might work better, and I did that several times, though not consistently. It might be improving the gut biome more than one can easily measure. Who knows. Anyway, probiotics are generally considered healthy, so I will continue supplementing my probiotic drinks with capsules like these.Whether this spore type is any better than regular, still not sure, and plan to continue taking them for at least couple more months before making a decision about that. Don't seem any worse however.

Liked that it helped keep me regular and I think helped with sibo. Good value for the money

I had read that this type of spore probiotic was good for IBS-C and reviews seemed to support this. Sadly, it didn't work for me. It actually made my bloating and abdominal pain worse. I tried to tough it out and finish the bottle but had to stop. Hopefully, this brand works for others but, it didn't for me.

I tried all different probiotics, including whole food and high end ones. I would take them at bed tie and end up with a really rumbly stomach. Someone recommended a spore probiotic. After doing much research I decided to try this one. One person in the reviews said they only need to take half a pill a day. So I tried that and it has worked great for me. Its been a game changer with my digestive issues. For $16.99 it lasts me 60 days. You sure cant beet the price and the product is of excellent quality.

Spore based probiotics survive better and are able to actually work how you need them too. This supplement is really effective and I truly have noticed a difference from using these. My gut health has improved tremendously. Price point is reasonable compared to other brands.
