Its not rough to touch. Its not super soft but doesn't bother my foot at all. Its soft enough that I don't feel like stepping on a rough rug at all! And I dont feel like Im touching the floor at all like the cheap thin ones. Well made and not slippery on the back. It feels thicker than I thought and very durable and sturdy. Easy to vacuum because of the lower pile. We got a gray. The gray color is true to photo on Amazon. My photo looks a bit brown but the actual color is gray like the photo on Amazon. The white area is light gray/cream. Its a great looking piece! I love it!

First want to thank seller for a product way above expectations unlike so many others. Please take time to read-you won’t be sorry. Also ignore stuff on floor in last picture-due to health issues will take days to get all groceries put up. Just so happy with it and want to show because picture on Amazon doesn’t come close to how beautiful this tug is. But wanted a larger view. Other pictures close so you can see up close and see how rich it looks. I took a close up picture to show how rich this rug looks-looks very expensive. Have very small place but this makes it look great. I am always dropping stuff. Today left groceries on floor until able to put up. Frozen blueberries had melted and picked up and blue liquid dropping everywhere. I almost cried, knowing how difficult it would be to remove, thinking have to order new one.I use combo of Fabuloso and water. Sprayed on stain and wiped with paper towel. It came out leaving no sign ever there. Other more expensive rug if I could get out stain still soaked through and when took up to replace stains all over back of rug. Don’t know if all rugs at this site are made of same thing as gray one but when need another only place I will go. Other rug showed every speck and vacuumed everyday and still picked up little pieces everyday. This one looks brand new and haven’t vacuumed since I purchased it and quite sure I have dropped stuff like granola crumbed. I have received so many things from Amazon this year that I was so disappointed in. Not this!

I am using it in my laundry room - fits perfectly in front of the sink, washer & dryer. Seems to be good quality and I love the colors! It's fine now that it is secured to the tile floor with rug tape purchased from Amazon. I will probably end up ordering a mat for use under rug to keep it from skidding.

I have a home with mostly greys and blues and this fit right in with the color scheme. I love the extra length as well.

This is the perfect size for the area I needed to cover. Good quality, looks more expensive than it is! Highly recommend. My flooring is fake wood/laminate, and my three puppies have had a blast destroying it over the past 4 years. They love laying on it, and I love not seeing the mess they’ve made! Vacuums and cleans with a carpet cleaner very nicely.

It’s a beautiful rug and matches perfectly in my kitchen, but I cannot for the life of me get it to lay flat. I tried putting it in the dryer, blow drying it while on the ground, using double sided tape, etc. but there are still bumps that I cannot get out :( I still give it three stars though because it is otherwise high quality and comfy on the feet

This was a super cheap, high impact upgrade in my master bath! Great seller and great product!

2nd update: after roughly 2 weeks and even going to far as to wash the whole thing with soap it still reeks of chemicals.The washing also made very clear just how poor the quality is. It wouldn't have held up more than a few months anyways. It's headed to the trash, I'll be buying a replacement from a different manufacturer.Update: I took this down to 1 star because after 4 days, vacuuming it multiple times, and even wiping it down the fumes coming from it were too much.How much is too much? Enough for my air quality monitor to indicate that there are dangerous levels of VOCs in the air. Not to mention the migraines triggered by it. Oh, and that was just from giving it one last try this morning in my office.Original review:Overall it's a decent rug. So why the 3 stars? Primarily because it off gasses like crazy. I've had mine 2 days now and just had to evict it to the garage the fumes are so bad. The room it was in was rendered uninhabitable due to them. Mind you, I had the window open the whole time, not my favorite choice in December but sometimes you have to do it.As for the other aspects, the color is a bit lighter than was pictured on my devices, but that's always a risk when ordering online, the pattern however is as pictured.It does come rolled tightly, so you do have to retrain the shape a bit, but I fully expected that and it isn't a problem. It's learning to lay flat quite nicely.There is one corner that's not finished quite right, same flaw you see in photos from other reviews, but I only noticed because I was looking for it. It's pretty minor.The feel is nice, and it's a low pile exactly like I wanted.All said for a $30 rug it's not bad. But the smell is a definite problem. My office stinks like a gas station thanks to it.

Colour is perfect. Throw rung put down on carpet and will not lie flat. Going to try taping multiple sections with 2 way tape.

I liked this rug very much. I bought it to put in a family room, and the colors go perfect with everything else. Shipping was quick. The only slight problem I've had is that its been down a week now and hasn't quite relaxed to flat yet. That should happen with more traffic.

To begin with it came sooner than expected. Thats a big plus for me. It's also soft and we used it as a runner for our basement steps. All in all it was worth the money I paid.

Colour and pattern matches the image, nice carpet and good size for a very affordable price.Was very wrinkled and creased on arrival, turned it over, covered in a large very damp bath towel and slowly worked it over with an iron on high heat, took about 40 minutes and laying perfectly flat now. Double sided taped the corners to be safe.Aside from one corner with some fraying, very nice low pile carpet. May consider and underpad at some point as it is a bit thin (replaced a shag carpet in my living room with this)
