Lovely gentle seasoning...
...although for my taste a bit too salty.That said this gentle seasoning makes chicken more tasty, especially roast chicken. I cover the chicken with oil, usually rape seed oil, and then rub in the seasoning and roast - simple.You get a large tub of seasoning for a small investment - great value.
