No stretching material or Zipper can not go over hips
Worst mistake ever. I should of try it on as soon as I got it. ..but it look big. I cant put this up. How in the world they are going to sell something for a plus size women in a fabric that has not stretch to it or a zipper? Plus females have big bottoms! So i try and could not go higher that the begging of my hip area.
