Great tool
I am very surprised with this vise. Yes it is Chinese and a little rough. But well made and heavy duty. For the money there is nothing even close to the price that is built like this. I spent about 2 hours cleaning, dressing, and lubing it before use and have found it to be the perfect add to the shop. If you think its going to be a kurt or the like you will not be happy. But its about 1/8 the price of a kurt and 90% the function of one so i call that a win.

heavy duty, pretty well done, for sure a good bang for your bucks
For the price is a pretty good product, very sturdy and heavy dutythe product cannot be defined a high precision vise but also the price is not even close to a high precision product, so I can only say it worths the money spent.If you are use to do works that dont need an extreme precision like I usually do it is a very competitive product.It obviously dont have micrometric movements but you have to release the bolts, move it by hand and tighten them back to block the piece in position. sure is that once found the right position and closed the bolts it will remain in position while working.Knowing all the limitations inevitable for this price, I'm very pleased to have this kind of product on my millling machine

Built heavy, but jaw rises slightly
Great vise for the money. Does everything that it is supposed to do, but has a little bit of jaw rise. I plan on altering the design slightly by making a dovetail and adjustable gib for the jaw. Built very well in all other aspects... the slop in the jaw however, removes the word 'precision' from my description.
