Winflo Carbon/Charcoal Filters (set of 2) for Ductless/Ventless Option Easy Installation and Replacement for Select Winflo Wall Mount and Island Range Hoods

These things were really hard to put into place. They came with no instructions, so I had to watch the video at the end of the page on amazon where you buy them. Thank god the guy on the video said to attach the back hook first—I would never have gotten them in! It took three frustrating attempts and quite a bit of strength and leverage to get them into place. As far as absorbing cooking odors, I can’t say; haven’t done much cooking since I put them in. I might never cook again just so I don’t have to change the damn things...

It went in but I had to remove the plate The plate said to remove it. It was fairly easy to fit in with plate removed. I might try to take it out with the plate in, when I need to change it in six months to a year.

I have an Akdy hood. I love it. But no matter where I search, I can’t find the carbon filters that fit this hood. These are the ones recommended when you purchase an Akdy model no: OSWRH63175S-30-AK

Fan great. I think the chimney is to was to flimsy. Had difficulty keeping the chimney from collapsing. When we turned on the fan the sections of the chimney separated. The chimney has a poor design. The recommended filters on Amazon would not fit because they were not the correct filters. Called Winflo to get the correct filters. Great customer service and great response. Sent the filters out on the same day. I can only give the product a 3.

They fit fine but truth be told they don't work at all. Vent your hood outside.

Kitchen carbon fan filter I had modify for my application. But ok as I made them work.
