Nice product photo...but this is what you really get...
Serves its purpose. A light weight solution vs using a full on Matte box with filter trays.Nice product photo advertised. But VERY misleading. The entire thing is made out of rubber that is completely warped. Actually, everything about it is warped.I put on an ND filter...haha it looks funny. It works though. This seems a little embarrassing to use and over-priced for the quality you get. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Need a 115mm Mattebox Solution under,$xxxx? THIS IS IT!!!
The media could not be loaded. If YOU NEED THIS MATTE BOX, there’s only 1 reason why, and it’s pictured above. I’m a filmmaker, a matter box, especially a quality one with two spinning filter clamps, is essential. Top flag a must, the side flags are a bonus, but I use them. And it fits almost any lens I throw at it, EXCEPT: A true CINEMA LENS, like a Xeen 24mm T:1.5, with a 115mm throat like most true cinema lenses. I’ll be the first to admit, I do not possess ALL MY CINÈ GLASS OF THIS SIZE. I have amassed 20+ Gorgeous, Matching, Geared, and Front filter 86mm lenses. I’ve also been lucky enough to acquire a couple Xeen, massive lenses, and STILL THEY REQUIRE SOME KIND OF SUN SHADING, and protection. I only have the 2, and coupled with a fairly inexpensive filter holder, {Shooting both FX , Snd Super 16, my 4x4 filters cover the need area. Plus I have an insert NDE Filter if needed, so looking at prices ranging from $450-1200+$, for matte boxes with 115+ mm attachments, I thought this a far better choice than those. Even a 1-5-95/86 reducer wasn’t really an option cuz it still lacked any front framing or coverage. Filmmaking ain’t cheap, I admit, and if you can buy a $3000 lens, {IMHO, you shouldn’t spend $1200 on a matte box just because it goes with lenses 3K AMD up to 50,000$K. I’ve always been frustrated with the industry when I see no name parts, identical to OEM Parts even foolish Vmount battery holders, exceed $3-400, when a no name is $19!!! C’mon I spend my money on cameras , glass, filters, and good tripods, supports,( good not ridiculously overpriced ones btw)}. See my pics, See the super cheap, sun shade I added for a top flag when needed, then tell me you need a $1200 matte box, to outshoot me. Please, this is solid, HD rubber, actually does the job, will stretch to bigger sizes, and tightens to smaller ones, hold like super strong, and paired with the neat shade I found, I think it’s a score. I’ve used it 8 times on set, never once did anyone say, a word about the setup except “wow” nice gear! And I think I was quite savvy, saving the money, and adding another used Xeen lens I robbed on EBay so who’s laughing now?!!! I give a wholehearted AAA+++, for what it is accomplishing, to take away for limited filter support would be insulting. It’s advertised exactly as it is, and works Phenom!!
