this product, in and of itself is fine. its gets five star. but (and there is always a but) there's a catch. CO2 and water combined make citric acid. that acid *WILL* .. i repeat *WILL* erode the aluminum. mine lasted almost exactly 1 year before it developed a pinhole leak and its just driving a 20 gallon tank, so I'm not pushing ungodly amounts of CO2. when i opened it up to inspect what happened i found a *disturbing* amount of aluminum missing everywhere. granted, it didn't crumble in my hands but another year and it would have. So the PRODUCT is fine, five star. However the fact it exists in this environment when it should be another material that doesn't break down, its get a single star.

The good: bubble counter is much beefier and doesn't need filling compared to my prior option. It chops the bubbles up much smaller than prior option.The bad: even with several feet of hose and running the bubbles through a reactor, I'm still getting tiny bubbles blowing out of my return nozzles.

Leaked through the seal between the head and clear plastic pipe. Trying silicone to seal it up but disappointed.

I love this thing. Works exactly as advertised, and a good value. Will buy again for my next tank
