Beautiful product and trustworthy seller
The media could not be loaded. I enjoyed the magical floating effect of this moon for about a month, but 10 days after the return expiry, it stopped working. The seller replaced the entire unit without any fuss which I received within a couple of days.It makes such a nice change to find a company who is willing to go beyond what is legally necessary, just out of common decency!I'm so please with my replacement as it really is a stunning piece. The moon is a scaled down 3D print of the actual NASA surface scans so the detail is incredible.Thanks so much VGAzer!

Lovely item
Bought this as a gift for my husband. He is absolutely delighted with it. It does take a bit of patience to set it up but it looks lovely and you have a choice of colours for the light. It is mesmerising and you could say I am over the moon!

Don’t buy it
Looks great at first, then a couple of weeks in it wouldn’t switch off unless at the plug, which makes it drop to the stand! Have messaged the company for advice etc, no response, have said I’d send it back but it wouldn’t be in original packaging, no response! A lot of money to spend on something which is out of action in a couple of weeks and then not a word back from the company! So don’t buy it, utterly hopeless, really disappointed!

Exactly what I wanted
The media could not be loaded. Exactly as I was expecting. Actually, It is even better in real life than in the picture. Just the exact amount of light for this space in my living room. Beautiful and relaxing, really sets a good mood.

Wooden base almost caught fire
Bought this for our son, on the 3rd time it was on the base nearly caught fire. The wiring inside the base got so hot it burnt away the wood. This could have been very bad had our son not noticed a burning smell.Very dangerousWe want a full refund for this product as it is clearly damaged and cannot be used
