They had an excellent selection of remotes, categorized and searchable by the model numbers of the televisions they fit. Delivered promptly, works fine.

I needed this "remote" since I could not find the original remote that came with the Westinghouse LD-4255VX TV.I've had this TV for a few years & really have no issues with the TV, but it was a pain to operate without the remote. I did not have a good <past> experience with the universal remote that you can purchase anywhere. I spoke with a tech support person with Westinghouse TV & recommended I try to find the remote to use the TV. I ordered it & pop'd the batteries in & turned on TV & it worked right out of the package. No problems, No issues, just a good experience & now I can input my tv code so I can use the antenna for the tv & change the input devices. This is easy to navigate on the remote. Good hand feel to the remote. So it was a great buy overall.

Easy to set up and works perfectly

For mysterious and indeterminate reasons that defy human comprehension (probably tiny, little quantum cats crawling around in the circuitry), my original remote spontaneously stopped sending volume control signals -- something that must really have delighted the neighbors when the TV fired up set on high volume. In any case, this extraordinarily economical replacement remote works perfectly (even the volume button -- who'da thunk?), so I couldn't be happier. (Well, actually not: in general, I'm a spectacularly miserable person ☺, but I couldn't be happier with *this purchase*.) Buyers should be aware that this replacement remote uses "AA" batteries, which are not included, so you may want to pick some up before it arrives. (Your existing triple-A's will have to be repurposed or written off, and you may want to factor that into the cost, if you're doing comparisons.)

One button of my original remote just stopped working. All the other buttons were fine. I thought the problem would correct itself but when it didn't I found this remote. The buttons are rearranged a bit, but not a problem. Do recommend this product

Didnt even have to program it to the tv, put the batteries in and clicked power and it worked! Only thing is the remote says it takes AA batteries but actually takes AAA. Perfect other then that!
