Great product. My mouse acts weird on the mouse pad, so I have to add my pad on top. A minor but acceptable adjustment. Still great, and it adds some additional real estate to those tiny tray tables on airplanes. If you like to game on your laptop with a mouse and keyboard while on a flight, this is a must-have.Functionality:Great for gaming in tight places where you don't have a tabletop to put your computer, and it keeps the heat away from your lap.Fit:Compact and light, so it fits well in any laptop case.

Awesome product. If i were to add anything to the next generation, definitely more support for the mouse stand such as thic sturdy sheet to prevent sag. Size is perfect for my 16inch laptop, it takes up the whole pad. Speaking of pads, the mouse pad feels great, even lets you hiver certain mice an inch high lol. Its pretty light, and makes for transporting the laptop easier. I wasn't worried about my laptop being hot on my lap but rather breathability, and if you use the stand, it leaves the vents open so it can definitely breathe. I will definitely use this going out to make sure my laptop that i spent so much on, will always have a solid platform

I drive my husband to a lot of doctor's appointments and as such I am frequently stuck in waiting rooms or up to an hour at a time. So I usually bring my laptop so I can get some work done but I absolutely hate using a laptop trackpad. I always bring an external mouse. This little thing is perfect. I'm able to balance it on my knees much more easily and I can use a tiny travel mouse no problem on the pull out mouse pad. Be sure to measure and make sure it will fit in you are laptop bag.

Actually really good for the price. The material feels good and grips really well and I think it will hold up. Minus one star because I'm pretty sure it was designed around a MacBook and that is not what I'm using it with. On my laptop the screen closed sensors are at the back where the magnets are that hold the lift part closed causing the screen to turn off vs the MacBook which are in the front. Over all good product would recommend!

I’ve been using this Portable Laptop Lapdesk with my 15” MacBook Air, and it fits perfectly, no awkward overhang or instability. As a 3D artist, I rely heavily on using a mouse, so the retractable mouse pad is a fantastic addition. It slides out smoothly and provides just enough space for precise work, which is crucial for my workflow.The build quality is solid, and the adjustable angle feature really helps with ergonomics during long sessions. It feels sturdy and well-designed overall.However, the one downside - and it’s a significant one - is the weight. For something labeled “portable,” it feels heavier than expected. I purchased this so I can slide it in my laptop bag when I travel, and although it fits perfectly it does add significant weight for such a thin surface.Still, if you’re mostly using it in one location and need a stable, ergonomic setup with a proper mouse area, it’s a solid choice.Edit: The company reached out and offered excellent customer support. I will continue to support them as I was really pleased with how receptive they are to the customer's input

My husband uses this daily on his moveable desk. He works from home and is on his computer for hours every day! This helps his neck and posture and has made a huge difference in his comfort. It’s helped with back/neck pain because he can sit straight in a comfortable chair and see and use his computer.

Not at all quality. The only thing quality about it is that it feels like it’s made of a good material. The size- too small unless your lap is tiny. The mouse pad extending (if used on your lap) bends upwards because it’s resting on your leg directly. There’s nothing to catch your mouse if you tilt it in ANY direction meaning your mouse slides off defeating the entire purpose. As far as holding the computer, a tiny STITCHED ON flap is what we’re expected to bend up to hold the computer so it doesn’t slide? Like that won’t break after a week of use? It is lightweight because it’s made of basically nothing sturdy, it is middling at absorbing heat at best. I’m returning this immediately for something not made from leather scraps and old cardboard, something actually worth money. Avoid this like the plague if you’re a heavy user beyond someone that just watches Netflix or checks emails.

I ordered 2 of these. And though I didn't approve of their unsturdiness, I have to commend AboveTek for sending me 2 new original hard plastic laptop desks which work well.
