Good product for the price
This product is good for the price. The only complaint is that the wrong color was sent. Which is not a big deal. Nothing a little pain canโt help.

Good Alternative to the Zillionz Counting Money Jug! (6-21-2015)
To be honest, this was going to be my first review in the history of my Amazon.com customer history, but because of the problems I encountered with my Zillionz Counting Cookie Jar which caused me to write my REAL first review, I had to hold off on writing a review for this item until now.First off, this item came MUCH sooner than I expected! I expected to wait for the Zillionz Deluxe Money Jug (the actual name of the Electronic Coin Counting Money Bank listed here) to arrive on Friday June 19, 2015. However, it arrived VERY early on Monday June 15, 2015! I can't believe the speed of the delivery of this item! Also, as the headline says, this is a good alternative to the Zillionz Counting Money Jug, the one with the handle. Apparently that item was such a hot selling item that not only did I see some videos featuring it on Youtube, but one or two that I saw on both Amazon and even eBay were featured for either up to $60 or even $120 dollars! Unbelievable! Most of the time they were sold out of stock and unavailable at all! That's how valuable it was!The Zillionz Deluxe Money Jug seen and read here looks even bigger than even the ZCMJ as though it can hold more spare change. Not only that, but it even has a smaller digital coin counting jar inside it as though it was a Russian matryoshka doll. The mini-jar fits perfectly inside the bigger jug, and it also takes batteries. It's like you get two for the low price of one!I tested out both with a penny, and though the display is small, it counted VERY accurately! It made no mistakes unlike the Zillionz Counting Cookie Jug from earlier. They both take 2 AA batteries, and unlike the other Zillionz items whose manuals I only read, this doesn't stop me from using rechargeable batteries, in which I have a lot of.The bad part is that unlike the ZCMJ, this one doesn't have a handle, but i'm still rating this item as a 5 out of 5 because although it lacks a handle to carry your deluxe jug full of spare change, it more than makes up for it with the coin-counting mini-jar and extra batteries inside it. I paid about $6 dollars with shipping and handling. This item, along with a coin sorting machine, is worth its weight in gold. It might make me want to buy it again. It's that valuable!

I love this jar
If you don't care about the money counter, and just want a large jug for your silvers, and the small one for your pennies, then this is the product for you! I love this jar, it keeps storage of the large amount of change that I had in a old water gallon container. The only reason why I am not giving it a five star rating is the fact that I wouldn't rely on the coin counting system. If you wanna count your change I'd use the counter half way before it resets itself. Just write down where it left off on the piece of paper, continue on with the coin counter once it resets and add that amount with the previous amount. It might be a pain but if ya got time to kill, you defiantly will with this.

Great banks for kids and adults!
These banks are just great! I bought a set for each of my young grandsons. They use the large one for general savings and the smaller one for saving for something special. The banks are heavy plastic which in my mind is safer and lighter than glass. Both banks come complete with their own set of batteries! My two year old grandson doesn't understand the concept of money yet, but loves to push coins into his banks. My six year old loves being able to see how the coins add to his total savings. He gets very excited seeing how much he has saved. The electronic reader is clear and easy for him to read. I think the concept of being able to know how much they have saved will help instill the benefits of savings as well as being able to distinguish the difference between general and specific savings goals. All in all, I am very glad that I purchased these banks for the kids and highly recommend them to anyone.

OK!
It was okay. One of the batteries that came with it was actually bad - has rust built up on the positive side. The plastic material isnt the great compared to my other digital coin banks (this is my 3rd one). But it works as described. Just note that the sizes shown on the picture is pretty accurate. I was hoping for a 2-pack item of the same size, but it was my bad that I missed that detail. Nevertheless, it was still a pleasant surprise to get them in two different sizes.

Good"piggy" bank
I've had these money jars for about two years now and haven't had to replace the battery yet. Good durable plastic jars. We only use the little jar and I'm not sure how much it can hold because we gave it to my oldest (he's eight) and whenever he gets the amount of change he needs to get what he wants he uses it. I can tell you that the little jar has had up to $15 in it and that doesn't even fill it half way. It's between the 1/4 & 1/2 mark on the jar. (Not literally marked, just figuratively speaking)

A counter you can count on
Currently I am only using the big counter. While I like it and it works great, I find the coin slot a bit resistant to put a lot of coins in all at once. It makes your fingers sore. Of course, putting coins in here and there is no biggie.

The bride flew into town so the gifts had to be easily stashed in her luggage
Used the small one for a money gift for a bridal shower. Rolled up 20 $5 bills and filled the jar. The bride flew into town so the gifts had to be easily stashed in her luggage. I suggested they use the bank for quarters and save up for a special night out. It would easily hold a few hundred dollars worth of quarters.
