Flavor is decent, but not as strong as I'd like. I feel the pick-me-up from these better than another brand I bought. I may try a different flavor next time so will probably buy at least one more time. If you are looking for something as strong as an energy drink these are not them, but they feel clean, and I don't crash.....for what it's worth.The one down fall is when you open the can of mango it smells like cat pee, I still use them because they don't taste bad, but they don't smell good lolProbably right around the 3.5 stars honestly.

Product does work and I completely stopped drinking energy beverages and nicotine pouches! The only negative is you have to get used to the taste. It has a vitamin undertone to the flavor that you have to get used to but I will be purchasing again because they actually work.
