I Recommend-Do Not Hesitate
I am very happy with my purchase. Assembly was easy and intuitive. Safety mechanisms work as described and found the build quality to be excellent. Battery life has been exceptional so far but I have not taken it beyond 6 miles. It has been comfortable on a variety of riding surfaces. I also have not had a need to run it at full speed. Level 2 is for everyday use or walking with others but I did take it to level 5 in an empty parking lot once and it can move...LOL. I do think it is a little heavy for me right now in lifting weight (broken ribs) but I do have an amazing husband that handles the heavy work for me. It is a great value for the money and way to get back some quality of life.

Excellent Electric Wheelchair- Reverse Beeping Sound can be disabled.
Excellent Electric Wheelchair. Easy to fold and unfold. It comes with two batteries which are easy to swap out when needed. The only dislike with the chair was the annoying beeping sound it makes when backing up. I called Customer Service and they were able to quickly tell me how to disable the beeping sound. To disable you hold down the minus button and the horn button at the same time for about 10 seconds. Then power off the chair and power it back on again to save the setting.

Very stable and reliable, goes the distance!
Straight out of the box, it was easy to set up and ready to go. Remember to charge both batteries fully before utilizing wheelchair. It is very comfortable and very stable. It’s lightweight makes it easy to load and unload from your vehicle. I had just returned from a European vacation and utilize the chair successfully and without any incident on terrain, I would have thought impossible for my scooter. The terrain was cobblestone and some uneven pavements as well as grassy knolls. The wheelchair out performed my expectations to the nth degree could not recommend this chair more.

Worth the money!
We've only taken this out one time so far. I was suspicious about the product because a few of the reviews have mentioned that the screws loosen regularly. I don't know if that will happen or not. I purchased this one because it had a lot of good reviews and a great rating, so I'm hopeful. When we opened the box, it was really easy to unfold and get ready. The one thing we haven't figured out yet is if we can turn off the backup button. It's really annoying. The trip out with the wheelchair went really well. We didn't have any difficulties. The wheelchair rose smoothly and functioned as we needed it too. It turns well and has a good speed. It's fairly comfortable for the type of chair that it is. My son has added an extra cushion. The battery life is unknown for us now, but the trip out for a mile didn't reduce the light bars. We liked that the design of the wheelchair was great for a small sized chair. It manuevera well and turns in a decently tight mannerSo far we like it a lot! I'd recommend this wheelchair for anyone looking.

Exceptional Customer Service, though...
So the wheelchair I gothad a manufacturers defect. I was on the fence about keeping it because I really needed it, but it didn't drive correctly at all. I sent out a comment about what the problem was and there customer support team reached out to me. They texted and called my phone. I explained to them what was going on. I was able to work with them using the phone which meant I could send them texts and pictures showing the problem and they were able to recognize the issue and because it was a manufacturers defect it didn't matter that it was past the30 day return time frame. They said they could refund me for the wheelchair in full so I could get another model. That's what I did... They sent me a prepaid return shipping label for the wheelchair so I could return it for a full refund. It of course took a couple of days but I got my full refund today. They were very friendly, honest, fair and sincerely helpful. The wheelchair ended up being a 1 star, but the customer service department was a 5 star rating. So even though the wheelchair let me down, the Aotedor Customer Service Department did not. They were exceptional. Thank you

Fantastic wheelchair and amazing customer service.
This is compact, very easy to maneuver even in tight spaces, and has a modern, stylish look. The seat is comfortable and the wheels go over multiple surfaces easily. It is well built and feels secure even when going up and down inclines. Customer service is VERY RESPONSIVE and took our phone call on a weekend. Then they went out of their way to answer our question by sending us a video link! This is a great value not only because the product is the best we've ever tried, but because of the 5 star customer support.

Lightweight, Foldable and Easy to use!
This wheelchair was light, fairly easy to fold, and very responsive to the touch. I can easily go into restaurants, stores, along sidewalks, around the neighborhood and into the dialysis clinic. It saves my husband from having to push me.He is able to lift it and fit it into our Chevy Malibu with no trouble, so it grants us much more freedom to go places. The only issues I personally found with this wheelchair were that the 7” front wheels couldn’t make the transition over the patio door threshold. I have to back out each time if I want to go out back, even with a ramp. However, we have four foot and three foot ramps that work just fine going out the front door and into the garage, so it is just that patio doors, but when I back down it, no problem, and I can go forward up the ramp to the house, so just a glitch in going out over that threshold. In addition, for me personally, when folded up, the footrest, at my height and build and with braces, pinched the back of my legs between the footrest and my AFOs. This could just entirely be because of my short stature. All in all, this is a very good, lightweight wheelchair that will give you the freedom you need to get out of the house and out to restaurants, stores, or visiting family and friends.
