Purchased this item on June 19,2017, today is February 10, 2019 and it has stopped working, Less then 20 months after placing the order, this chair was $1,900 and utilized with care- in my opinion this item should have ladted longer. I have reached out to the seller gor help. Hopefully they respond and have some viable options. I will update the post and let you know just how customer friendly they turn out to be.Before the chair broke I was happy enough with it...

I am curious if this product is second hand product ? There are many scratches on the surface of remote. And it has no other option what is described.It doesn't work even you just option head and shoulder position.I am hesitate if I return it.This chair is so heavy.It cost me many hours to move in my home.I should compare with other chair carefully before pay it.

I have had this massage chair for 10 months. The chair is very comfortable and gives a good massage of the back, gluts, calves, and feet. I was concerned about potential issues and i will tell you that they are great in resolving issues. I had a recent issue with the foot massager (noises) and Mike was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and ultimately sending me replacement part. He was great. Keep in mind this chair is large and heavy. Make sure to plan for placement.

The chair works for me, at 5'6", but also my 6ft tall son. It is not a giant chair and doesn't require too much room to operate. The instruction manual doesn't really tell you how to operate the chair, it's more of a hit and miss. Overall, I like it very much and itis helping me with the painful tendinitis in my shoulders.

Edited 11/20/17After just seeing the (very thorough) comments from the seller in response to my original review, I removed the extra padding and am finding the massage much more enjoyable, and closer to the experience I was hoping for. His comments about making sure the heat cables are plugged in were spot on--one of the connectors had come unplugged, and after plugging it back in it's working just fine.The level of pressure on the hands remains a concern, but I may call the company after the holiday to see if there's anything that can be done, as they recommended. I still think the remote is just so-so, but it's really not a deal breaker--I've slowly figured out how to use it, and feel like I have the hang of it now.I do appreciate the seller's thorough response and the confidence he obviously has in their products and his willingness to stand by them and do what it takes to make sure that we're happy with it. Increasing my rating from three stars to four.--------------------------------------------I received this chair one week ago, and have used it approximately 6 times so far. We purchased it for my workplace, and I went with this one over several others because the reviews (though limited) seemed to be genuine product reviews and were pretty positive. It's always a bit nerve wracking to spend this much money on something you can't try first, so I did my homework and this seemed like the best option for the money.Positives:-Customer service. I called and left a message with a question about purchasing the additional electronics warranty, since it was mentioned in an answered question but I couldn't find anywhere to purchase. Andre returned my phone call within an hour and was quite friendly and helpful. It was the experience of working with a customer service representative who actually WANTED you to be happy and have a good experience, not the typical sort where you're talking to some kid who's getting paid $10/hour and couldn't care less. Also, in case you were wondering since this is a Chinese product--Andre speaks perfect American English.-Chair design and aesthetics. It's a nice looking chair. We got the black version, and it really looks sleek and professional. It seems very durable as well, both in terms of the chair cover and the massaging components themselves.-Delivery and setup. It arrived within a week and we had it ready to use without much hassle at all. It is HEAVY though. Very heavy. You won't be moving this around by yourself.-L-Track. You have never had a butt-massage like this before. I was amazed how... effective... the rollers were at grabbing and working things. Amazed and a little disturbed, but hey... if you tend to carry tension down there, this is the chair for you.-Footprint. it amazes me how it can be positioned so close to the wall, yet can go into zero-G mode.Negatives:-Neck/shoulder targeting. When I sit in a massage chair, I want a "deep tissue" experience, where the muscles that are sore and tight can get the attention they need and really get worked out. I don't feel like this chair does a good job with targeting specific areas--particularly the neck/shoulder area. The back rollers do cover the shoulders/neck, but they slide past those areas very quickly and don't quite rub in a way to really work those muscles. I've tried switching into manual mode and just have it focus on that area, but I don't feel like any of the massage modes do the trick. The shiatsu-style mode is particularly disappointing--the rollers only role down-out-up-in, when what would be really effective in that area is if the rollers would rotate the other way to really dig into the shoulder blades. The overall massage is okay, but I'd compare it to a swedish massage experience, where everything is hit and it's relaxing, but you don't walk away feeling like your tight muscles have actually gotten relief.-Remote. Honestly, the remote isn't that great. There are five auto settings, but the remote itself isn't clear about what areas of the body are worked by what. They're called things like "Relax 1" "Relax 2" "Recover" and so on. The user manual helps some, but it still isn't a very intuitive design. It also took me a while to figure out how to even put it in manual mode--again, it's not very clear.-Air pressure. I am an average height, average weight woman and not a wimp and I appreciate the feeling of having my leg muscles squeezed, but man... it squeezes HARD! On the lowest setting, I at times start to feel a little uneasy, feeling like it's squeezed long enough and hard enough that it might actually do damage. I tried to adjust the air pressure one level up (in case somehow the scale was backwards?), and immediately dialed it down again when it felt like my leg was on the verge of being crushed. In addition to that, I have had wrist issues in the past, and I can't use the arm holders without feeling sharp wrist pain when it squeezes. The idea of multiple air pressure settings is great, but... the lowest setting needs to be dialed back quite a bit.-Heat. I'm unsure if the heat even works. I haven't noticed anything the times I tried to turn it on.-Foot rollers. I like the idea, but the rollers are so hard and the movement is so regular that it really starts to hurt after a while.Overall, the chair is okay. I'll continue to use it, but I can't help being a bit disappointed. We purchased it because myself and a couple of my co-workers have chronic neck/back issues, and we were hoping that this would be able to help with that. Unfortunately, it just doesn't quite do the trick.

Chair looks amazing it had some issues with start up and wire connections. When I received the chair I contacted the seller. I spoke with the seller who said parts were on the way and immediately provided advice on how to repair the chair which worked.Update Repaired the plastic divider plate which divides the motor from the rolling mechanisms no that chair works as it should.

Works good, not too good if you are taller than 6’ 4” or so.

Dear Mike, and TeamHi I just wanted to say we recieved our chair. In PERFECT condition. The shipping box it came in was great. The shipping company (R+L) done a 5 star job.. Your continued use of them will benifit your company in the future. The chair is EVERYTHING you said it would be. Beauty, style, finesse & above all it works like a dream. Money well spent, every penny.. Time & time again people spend money on things that they believe makes them happy. If they only knew the difference this chair could make in their lives they would start saving today. For the past 9 years I have had lower back pain every morning when I get out of bed & thru-out the day. This morning when I got out of bed I didn't notice until I put my boots on that my back wasn't sore. One day (1) day or I should say 3 hours in the chair. And lower back pain was gone for the day. Continued use and who knows, perhaps it will be gone more often.. It's a great chair at a great price. I WILL recommend it to ALL my friends & post it on Social Media sites. I can't wait to see what a month later looks for us..Thanks again for our FR-7K S.E. it's the BEST MONEY we've EVER SPENT!!!P.S. Im 6'4" 260 lbs. And I fit this thing like a glove..
