Mine did not come with an eraser or the markers. So now I will have to wait to use it and I can't say anything else on it. I will update when I get to use it.

Item as describe. Had to hold it down in corners with magnets to get corners to attach completely due to pacjaging/shipping. Erases clean with damp cloth.

What I liked is that it came in a flat package and not damaged. Very nice for the price.
