Eyelash growth!
Really worked for eyelash growth for me which is what I was looking for, my eyelashes were in bad shape bare in some spots, after finishing first canister my eyelashes filled in where it was bare (think due to eyelash curler use daily) so great!

Just finishing my first container and it has worked for me! My hair is thicker and I’m barely losing any on the shower. I used to lose so much! I am a little worried about the plastic, so I didn’t give 5 stars. Did find some bits in it once, but wonder how much is in there that we can see.

Horrible taste!!!
I've tried and used several different Vital Protein products, and the Hair Complex just tastes awful. I normally add the collagen powder to my coffee to help melt it and mask any flavor though I buy the unflovored. There is no masking the Hair Complex flavor. It ruined my coffee! I will normally try to power thru and use up something I buy in order to not waste the money, but I just can't deal with the horrible taste.
