Found about this cream by accident and I will never buy any other pain relief cream again. Has helped my husband’s tennis elbow where nothing else has. It’s like soaking in the epson salts without the water. A little pricey but well worth it.

I love, love, love this cream, and had been putting it on my autistic son's feet at night every night for a couple of years. It helped him relax and was so great for helping him when he was agitated. Also helped him sleep at night after we removed sleeping meds. Unfortunately, after a slew of odd things happening to him, I had a urine test done to help me pinpoint if there was something off. His report came back with sky-high methyl parabens, a known endocrine-disruptor. His doctor asked where his exposure might be coming from, and I declared that all of his personal care products (shampoo, body wash, deodorant, etc) are as clean as they can get because I watch those things. Finally read the label on this magic cream, and there it was. So now we can't use it, and it's such a bummer!!!

So much easier than a soak for a smaller area

I ran across a blog somewhere that discussed epsom salt as a treatment for eczema. I ordered this jar, cured my eczema in a matter of months. For 4/5 of my life I suffered small flare-ups of eczema, mostly behind my ears or on the back of my head that were maddeningly irritating, but after the first few applications of epsom salt cream the killer itch was gone. The rashes healed and I have not had any trouble since, I think I used half the jar in total and have had no sign of eczema at all but I will keep this on hand from now on in case it flares up again.People talk about miracle cures for this or that, I was fortunate that this worked so well for me and recommend it to anyone with a history of eczema. It's inexpensive, has no odor, is not greasy, and no prescription or steroids. This is my miracle cure.

Magnesium Sulfate Cream (same as Epsom Salts, but in a nice cream) is a life-saver in our house. My autistic adult son has severe chemical sensitivities and this cream is our first line of defense when he is accidentally exposed to something he cannot tolerate. His reactions vary based on the amount of the toxic substance (such as unlabeled Fluoride content in foods), but can be so swift that pain may hit in less than a minute and may last a day or more. He can be calm one minute, then eat a food with a chemical additive, and he's suddenly jumping, racing, screaming, sweating, crying in pain and heart rate goes to the ceiling. It's hard to get near him when this happens (he's 220 pounds of muscle), but if I bring out our Magnesium Sulfate cream from Kirkman's, he will hold still long enough for me to spread it on his back, neck, arms and stomach. He gets relief in less than 5 minutes. By the way, we've relied on this product from Kirkman Labs for about 15 years. Before that, we did Epsom Salt baths, which are very time consuming (filling the tub with de-fluoridated and de-chlorinated water takes at least 15 minutes) and during all that time he would be in the above painful condition. My son's pain episodes don't hit every day, but I wind up using this cream on him about 10-20 times a month. This stuff is a Godsend for anyone with a Methylation deficit. Anyone prone to headaches from chemical exposures (consumed or airborne) should definitely give this a try. I've also used it on myself when my ankle hurt from overuse---and it helped that too.
