One of the best online purchases I've ever made with regards to customer service. I was contacted by the seller a day or 2 after I placed the order and it was delivered soon after.The people who delivered the bed offered to build it for us for a fee of around £100 if I remember correctly, we decided to do it ourselves. It took a while with 2 people, one aged 14, I'd say around 5 hours.The construction was simple however the instructions were limited.... as in just pictures and none of the pieces were numbered.Its been up for a few months now and still looks great, its stronger than it looks and is a great unisex bed for a child or teenager.The room was slightly too short to fit the wardrobe so we decided to leave off the doors as they would hit the wall, great idea.The bed can be changed around, e.g. the wardrobe can be on the other side as the components are separate.

Wouldn't recommend this bed to anyone! Doesn't come with instructions or fixings! Quality isn't great!

Nice bed but ordered the oak and white and was somehow sent grey and white. Also alot of wasted space at the back.

Sturdy bed frame albeit composite rather than solid wood. It looks great, but is quite high so not for very young children or very low ceilings..It takes a good few hours to put this together, around 7 to 10 hours if you're doing it solo . There are no instructions in English, you have to rely on pictograms.It is a super bed etc once up, although the lack of a slatted base is a bit concerning if children are active.The bed did not arrive by Christmas as promised when I ordered it, so leave some time to get it.

Excellent bed, we are so pleased with it! It was a real job putting it together; but if you set aside plenty of time and are confident with flat pack furniture you wont have any problems. This bed has made our teenage daughter's small room feel much more spacious. Great product, well manufactured and very clear instructions.

Fantastic bed for my 10 year old daughter! Spacious desk perfect for doing her homework on.Took all day to put together but definitely worth it. Very solid
