The foldable push-up board is very convenient and easy to set up. It has multiple grip options to target different muscle groups, and it’s sturdy enough for intense workouts. The included backpack is a nice addition for portability.

Allow me to start by saying that I love the wood construction of this doable board. The handles are also made of wood and are very gentle on the skin of the hands. The board marks bar configurations that expose the arms and upper body to different target areas, based on width and angle of the hands’ positioning. The set also includes a printed chart showing the different exercises. A great way to do modified pushups and minimize opportunities for bad form to creep in and ruin the rep. One can easily do these without the board on flat ground, but this is a good option for those with weak wrists. Worthy of consideration.

It all started in 2015 when a friend of mine put me on to “power hour”. This is the concept that, every hour, you do a set of pushups to break up the work day. I got in the habit of doing this regularly and found it to not only help my productivity but also to break up the day a bit. I even got to the point where I did it every 30 minutes rather than every hour. I’ve always been cautious of these types of things because I’ve thought “who cares? A push up is a push up”. That was until I got this. It has revolutionized my power hour experience. I thought it was hokey that a push-up with your hands in different positions could really change the muscle group you work but it totally does. I love it. I am now using this to adjust the type of pushups I do during power hour, even adjusting during a workout to help force myself to do planks while doing my power hour. This is an awesome tool and it looks great in an office. It doesn’t distract or draw too much attention, so you don’t take up a bunch of space or make people think you’re trying to show off. It is very nice and modest but it will help so much. I love this thing, I highly recommend it for working out. It’ll change the game for you, you can count on that!

The design of foldable makes it a perfect portable indoor exercise kit. For some specific scenarios, this is really usefully. I put it in the cabinet in my office and take it out for a short refresh for body.

This exercise tool is probably best used for those just starting their fitness journey, or even as a toy to get kids into exercise. I find that compared to a traditional set of parallette bars, which you can arrange however you need, these are ergonomically limiting despite all the options on the board. The storage bag it comes with is not very accommodating to all the components and I find that the overall portability is limited.

I've been wanting one of these for awhile for my son's dorm room & liked that this was portable. When it arrived, everything was nicely packaged. But any positive hopes I had quickly faded. I was disappointed that the handles were unfinished pieces of wood but the major issue was it was difficult getting the handle into the hole & when I did, the peg was so snug I could actually hold up the entire piece of equipment without dropping it. I suppose since the wood is unfinished I could sand it down but if you're buying equipment you shouldn't have to - quality control should have spotted this.
