I bought these knives a while ago wanting to own a decent pair of knives as I love cooking. They are high quality, well balanced and a good value for money overall. Very sharp straight out of the box. I also bought a whetstone sharpener from the same brand which turned out to be a disappointment, however, there are other electrical tools that can do a better job much quicker, only reason I'm mentioning this is, if you buy such a knife, you will want to keep it sharp.

These things are as sharp as razors! You can actually shave with these right out of the box. They have a bit more weight to them, than I was expecting, but then again they are created with a lot of steel. They do look and feel like quality knives. Something to show off in your kitchen. They cut through everything cleanly and easily. They are dishwasher safe too.

All three knives are razor sharp and yes you can do the show off wafer thin tomato slices.The balance of each knife is perfectly matched to the task they're designed for.The Damascus steel patterning is absolutely beautiful, work of art.The quality is so good I think these knives will outlast my great grand kids.Taking all the above, whilst the set is not cheap on a per knife basis they're quite reasonably priced.I would recommend this product for everyone no matter what you're skill in the kitchen, just watch those fingers 👍

These knives are very sharp. I have a Global set and the Shan Zus make them look dull in comparison. They have a good heft and feel good in the hand. The Damascus manufacture makes them the dogs' doodahs. If you are looking for high quality Damascus steel knives look no further.

They come in very nice box. Each knife is perfectly mate. Beautiful blades. It's a pleasure to look at them and their patterns.Handles are made without flaws. Handle material and steel are perfectly polished to the same level. Making for a smooth satisfying grip.I think if you buy them you will be very please with them

I had huge expectations for these knives. The reviews looked great and the design is sleek with a beautiful finish. The knife set comes in a nice box with a booklet with some more information of the material used.However after the first use two of the knives have already chipped! This is very upsetting as they aren’t the cheapest. I expected some wear and tear down the line but not after the FIRST day!!I can confirm the sharpness of the knives, they are great for cutting and do a great job! Just really disappointed about the chipping!
