This fits well. No Pointy edges digging into my palm. It's well built and the designers actually took some time in the design. I'm keeping it

Super easy to install. Made it easier to hold my X100VI in one hand while doing street photography. It does make my camera a bit heavier, but stabilizes my ability to take a clear photo. It fits comfortable in my little hands and functions well. Makes the camera feel more sturdy.

MANDATORY ACCESSORY !!!I put Off buying this grip because of aesthetics. I wish I would’ve bought this as soon as I bought the camera I dropped my x100v due to the lack of grip and being distracted. I now have this and the thumb grip and I feel so much more confident carrying my camera. It adds protection on the bottom as well. Get it now

I felt the difference as soon as I installed the grip. Build quality is good, the design and the grip also good.It doesn’t stick out too much and is arca swiss compatible, that’s good tbh.There’s a little gap between the grip and the camera but that doesn’t bothers me at all.

The excellent design, fit and finish are a worthy addition to the mighty X100V. And excellent value. The X100V's built in tripod socket is offset and this frame gets the lens properly centered with the tripod axis. The center registration mark makes it easy to align with an Arca Swiss mount. Another nice touch is the strap slot on the bottom. I much prefer the wrist strap in that position. Offers good protection of the bottom plate I no longer have to search for a clean surface to set the camera on. The SmallRig logo is tastefully small and subtle.

I've tried far too much X100 accessories than I'd like to admit. Only to be disappointed in with either quality, presentation, or compatibility, I am happy to say Smallrig has the ideal grip for us fortunate enough to own the X100 V/VI.Most grips are all black even the plate which disrupts the look (IMO) of my silver version. I love how the base plate is a proper silver that matches perfectly with the camera.There has been some negative feedback of the grip not sitting flush with the VI and as you can see in then photos that is not an issue. I believe that since it can adjust the mounting point to accommodate both the V and the VI you just need to simply hold the grip portion to the body of the camera as you tighten the plate in.Next is the feel of the grip portion, and although it looks very similar to the texture of the x100, it is significantly grippier! Also a clever neat bonus is it comes with a tool that magneticly attaches to the button plate so if you ever need to remove the plate (which would be silly) or add a different plate and it too has a flat head screw you have a tool already ready to go!As you can tell, I am pretty happy with what smallrig has made for the X100! I even picked up the thumbs up attachment! Enough reading...go buy it!
