Great product - I'm definitely a fan !
The media could not be loaded.  🔹INTRO & DESCRIPTION🔹The VonHaus Tower fan arrives well protected in a large brown oblong box. The various parts of the fan are held in place with packing foam, and polystyrene. It requires minimal assembly which is simply a matter of joining the two section of base plate together and screwing them to the fan using the supplied screws. The fan runs at 40 watts and has three modes – Night/Natural/Comfort, as well as 8 speed settings. It can oscillate, and has a built in timer function. It can be controlled either by the LED digital display or by using the included remote control. The power cable is 1.5m in length, and it comes with a two year warranty.🔹OPINION🔹&🔹CONCLUSION🔹This fan is certainly much taller than other fans I have had over the years. It stands an impressive 40” or 102 cms, so it’s not really the kind of thing you can hide away. I was aware of the size before ordering, but like most things, once they are in your house they appear twice the size! This is not a criticism, just a reminder to make sure you get the tape measure out before ordering. It weighs 5 kgs, but does have a useful handle on the back for moving it around.Performance wise the fan is very simple to operate, and it’s good to have the 8 speed levels. It doesn’t blow everything around like a pedestal fan can tend to do, which is ideal if you need to place it beside a work area containing papers. It will be perfect in my craft room (if I can fit it in with all my other paraphernalia!), as my small room gets very hot in the Summer, but the pedestal fan blows all my crafty bits all over the place, which is not ideal, particularly with glitter !It is very quiet in operation, and due to it’s height, it circulates the air at different levels. So, in a nutshell, this is a great fan which is efficient and simple to operate, and I am happy to recommend it.

Bit confusing modes
Still getting to know it/ understand it but it seems to be on a setting say power 1 then suddenly more fan will turn on then a minute later it goes back quiet again. Very odd. It won't stay 1 setting

What a waste of money
The media could not be loaded. Â After my delivery getting delayed twice because according to the delivery 'It was too big to deliver and a specialist had to handle it' it arrived and is either broken or just plain out doesnt work, I installed everything correctly and it makes the loudest noise ever without even blowing out any air, for such an expensive fan (Which I got because I wanted quality instead of a conventional fan) Is such a waste and my worst purchase ever on Amazon

A brilliant fan
I am very impressed with this tower fan, it is very quite at high speeds (5-6) and doesn’t get much louder at max speed (8), it also moves a lot of air for the size as well it’s good enough to replace my industrial fan due to both the lower power and quieter operation. The build quality is sound though I wish companies would do away with glossy finishes on products it doesn’t make them look expensive anymore. The remote is ok but it could be much better as it is the cheapest of the cheap although I like the small size. What would give it a 5* if I had the ability to make the fan not make a bleeping sound everytime I interact with it.

Very tall. Good array of features and speeds
The media could not be loaded.  This is a very tall tower fan, with a fairly small base, so it doesn’t take up a lot of room, while at the same time providing a good amount of airflow. The fan is easily assembled - just pop the 2 halves of the base plate together on the underside of the fan and put 4 screws in.The fan comes with a small remote control (battery included). The fan is very easy to control, using the touchscreen front panel, or the remote. Thee are 8 speed settings, plus the options for oscillation and other nighttime/natural cycles. It’s very quiet, especially on the lower settings, so is ideal for summer nights. It looks great - sleek and modern and feels robust. I’d say it’s good value for money at the price of £50 at time of ordering.

Just in time for the summer, when it finally arrives!
The media could not be loaded.  Just in time for the summer, when it finally arrives! This is a monster 40 inch free standing fan, with remote control.Suitable for home, office, in fact anywhere where it fits. The fan comes ready to go, apart from the base which has to be connected together and screwed to the base of the fan. There are 5 screws supplied, you only need 4 and you will need a number 2 crosspoint screwdriver (not supplied). The instructions are comprehensive and take you through building the fan and using its touchscreen and its remote control. It comes with 8 Speeds, 3 Modes (normal (8 speeds), natural (trees) and sleep (moon). The natural and sleep have 3 speeds only, giving you quieter speeds. There is also an 8hr Sleep Timer, and a short 45° Oscillating Motion. To use the remote, you need to pull out a thin piece of plastic. Retain this if you wish to save battery power. The fan was easy to put together, and very easy to control. The limited 45° motion means you don’t have to wait long for the air to come back, unlike others with 180° oscillators, where you get hot again waiting for it to come back around. It has a handy carrying handle at the top, so that you can move it about easily.A nice quiet fan at low speeds, and I’m happy to recommend it.
