Son tore 3 rotator cuff muscles and used this after surgery. Great fit, caressing the entire shoulder, keeping it cold and close to the skin - soft, not like an ice pack. Worked very well, proving pain relief and was easy to use. . Thank you!

This shoulder cold pack is great, helped my rotator cuff tear best. At 5'6" and 138 lbs, a fit woman, I found it to be very adjustable. —the Velcro strap is adjustable. I do wish it stayed cold longer, I may have to purchase 2 and trade them off while one refreezes.

This gel pack is high quality and fits well, but is very hefty, especially if you've just had neck and shoulder surgery. I already have issues with my arm feeling like it's being tugged out of socket (neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome), so this gel cooler didn't work for me. I believe it could be very useful for people who don't have that issue as it does stay cold for a substantial amount if time, is very flexible, and is soft on the skin. I wish it had worked for my needs.

I've been using the TheraICE Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap for several weeks now as part of my AC joint sprain recovery, and it’s been an essential part of my routine alongside morning heat therapy and physical therapy sessions. The wrap gets very cold—excellent for inflammation relief—but I definitely recommend wearing a T-shirt or long sleeve underneath to avoid skin discomfort.It’s incredibly soft, easy to put on, and fits comfortably. That said, it does tend to slide off a bit if I'm moving around, even with the strap, so it's best used while sitting or resting. Despite that, it provides great cooling, and I’ve seen a difference in my recovery. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with shoulder injuries or pain.

I bought a product of this brand for my elbow, and I liked it so much that when I had surgery on my shoulder, I checked to see if they had a product for shoulders. With great relief they did, and this is just as sweet as the elbow version. This easy to apply with just one arm and requires zero help from anybody else. Simply slide your arm in the sleeve, grab the long strap, run it through the buckle and Velcro. takes me about 10 seconds to apply this by myself. It doesn't hinder movement as I wear it while eating breakfast or doing chores around the house.If I had a criticism, it would be that it warms quickly and doesn't stay cold long enough. It also doesn't give much as far as compression which would be a great addition.But as far as an ice pack for shoulder surgery, I cannot recommend this enough, SOOOOOO worth it.

This shoulder ice pack is amazing. I just got it in the mail, put it into the freezer and tried it on for the first time. It's made of a 1/2 inch thick solid but squishy gel material and covered with a soft stretchy material. I just had rotator cuff repair and will be returning to work 11 days post op. Icing is essential especially early on in recovery. I do have a cold therapy machine, but was looking for something a little more portable while I'm at work or out and about. It's pretty comfortable. There are no straps that go under the arm on the side that has ghe ice pack on it, but its super soft ans stretchy so thats a bonus. It stays cold for 20+ mins. I think this checks all my boxes.The only 3 "cons" are:It is a bit on the heavy side.I did need a little help putting it on since I only have 1 hand I can use... I do think it will get easier with practice.Lastly, you probably should wear a shirt underneath it because it gets VERY cold.

Great creation, fits over shoulder perfectly after rotator cuff surgery but I just wish it stayed cold longer. Loses its cold temperature quickly. I need it to stay cold for at least 20-30 minutes.

These are amazing! I bought another so I have coverage for both shoulders. They have some weight to them which really helps with ensuring even coverage around the whole shoulder/rotator cuff. They stay cold for quite some time as well. Highly recommend!
