Can this product be rated LOWER than 1 star? This product is NOT labeled with any SAMSUNG labeling which means it is not a SAMSUNG product. This inferior product caught fire in my house. I was lucky to have been in the room and awake when it began to crackle, smoke and flame. The image shows the product next to a SAMSUNG branded Adaptive Fast Charger. The differences are in the labeling only. Otherwise the products look similar. On the back of the Samsung branded one there is a UL (Underwriters Laboratory) symbol which certifies it is safe. THIS product does not have the UL labeling. Additionally, their is a roman number VI (6) on the back of the Samsung product. This product has a roman numeral V (5). Is this a defunct, abandoned, DANGEROUS early version of the Samsung charger? Do NOT buy. I will be throwing away the one in the picture... the second of the two I bought.

UPDATE: I've had it for about 2 weeks now. I decided to hold on to it just to keep my phone battery at the same level even if it didn't charge. After about a week, I noticed that my phone started charging a lot faster. It's in fact now really is "fast charging." It seems the prongs in the wires just had to smooth out or something, but it certainly charges faster than what the phone is estimating it would take to be 100%. I've updated the rating from a 2 start to a 4 star product now.PREVIOUSLY: Works but not fast charging like it claims. 30 minutes to charge 4% with nothing running in background or open programs. I normally could watch HULU, have 3 or 4 programs running and it STILL charges. This is not the case. Had programs opened but screen is off and untouched for an hour. It actually LOST charge. Testing rest of day to determine if I will be returning or keep it more or less just to keep phone alive while at my desk.

We have Samsung Droid products and these are the BEST chargers. I never knew there could be a difference in chargers until I bought other, cheaper kinds. They sucked, didnt last, didnt charge, well extremely slow to charge. These charge fast and seem if good quality. Nice clean white finish, my son and I couldnt live without them and they've already outlasted those other chargers . We left one in a hotel room and felt better off, ha., not these, these are keepers!!

I just got these yesterday to have extras for my galaxy s7. They are in no way fast charging. It topk an hour for my phone to charge from 15% to 25%. Put it on my charger that came with my phone and it was fully charged an hour later.

I was looking for charger for my kid's Samsung tablets. Found these 2/pack at a great price. Received them quick. They worked perfect for 3 weeks. But now the one wont charge at all. I expected it not to last forever being that cheap but 3 weeks, didn't count on that.

Good price. Not so good quality. I had 2 cords for my phone and my husband's phone. 1 of the 2 chargers the cord broke. So I searched Amazon for new ones and this was the one with the best reviews. When I ordered these I figured we could have our one that worked, and 2 more so we would just have an extra charger. However, only the 2 cords and 1 wall outlet work. The 2nd wall outlet made a ringing noise when plugged in. Luckily the wall outlet on the one I already had worked and not the cord. So now we only have 2 chargers. Also, these don't have samsung on the chargers anywhere, so makes me wonder if they're even Samsung brand.

This legitimately caught on fire. I used it for a year and a half and never had an issue. Plugged it my phone to charge last night, fell asleep, woke up to a strange chemical smell and discovered the charger was smouldering and smoking. Absolutely insane. Could have died because of a cheap knockoff phone charger.

It worked great until today! I had it plugged in and noticed a burning smell. The cord going into the plug was melting and starting to burn! Unfortunately I threw it out. Luckily I was home or not sleeping!!

Don't waste your money!! Can I give this product a zero star rating? This charger is absolute garbage. Cheap rip off of a Samsung product. Cord is always falling out of charging port on the phone, charger becomes very very hot after just minutes of plugging in which also increases the temperature of the phone which in turn damages the phone. Convenience store charger is a better product.

Bought this for my Samsung Galaxy S6 but unfortunately the cable did not work so I'm returning it. It looks ok and good value for money if it works.
