Excellent, simple to use (I don’t bother to plug it in). Wonderful way to keep moving while stuck at my desk at work. I can feel my legs are stronger and more toned. Gives a slight hum while pedaling, but it’s more like white noise, my colleagues say they cant hear it. Would be excellent for people recovering from injuries as there’s no pressure on joints etc. you will not regret this purchase, I certainly don’t!

I really like this machine. Makes no sound at all. Very light and easy to move with built in handle. Comes with a non-slip pad but I stopped using it because machine stayed in place without any sliding with only the built in rubber feet. Also my feet stay in place where I put them on the peddles (unlike previous elliptical machines I’ve had). In addition to the ankle, knee and hip movement I can see, I can place my hands on my legs and feel the muscles flexing with each rotation. Motor is strong and keeps rotation at steady and smooth without hiccups or slowing down I experienced with previous machines. I use this in HR mode so I can easily adjust speed and direction. Speed 5-7 works best for me. Choice of display modes. I just use count down (15 min preset) then machine stops. I usually do an hour so just restart. You have to point remote at machines display but works well. I love this machine and highly recommended it if your looking to get some more leg exercise while just sitting doing other things!

So far, has been an excellent buy. Easy to use although so of the different settings may take a awhile to get use to. We just use the basic, speed and direction. Very relaxing at the slower speeds. Brother has heart and lung problems, doctor says this is perfect start-up for his rehab

I bought this for my mom to help with circulation issues in her legs since she's not able to get around as good these days. She loves it! I was surprised that she is using it consistently and says it has helped her a lot. This is a great exercise tool to use for recovery, circulation, and general fitness. It's slip resistant so it stays in place where you use it. It's small enough to store away and has several function levels. I would definitely recommend.

If you get one of these for your 90 year old mom, or grandma, be sure there is a chair she can sit in to use it. It doesn’t work in a recliner style chair or a couch that sits back at all. I love the one I got for myself because I found a good, comfortable parlor chair to sit in while using. This really is a great device. Moves my legs, which is moving muscles. It has a few auto settings which take you through a 30 minute routine, varying the speed and direction, so you do not have to manually adjust it.

Bought this elliptical bike for my mother-in-law to help with her physical therapy, and she absolutely loves it. It is a bit on the heavier side, so it’s best to keep it in a designated spot, but that’s not an issue for her.She uses it daily while watching her favorite shows, and it’s been a great addition to her routine.
