Worst product
Product not working within 10months. It's not even switching ON. Tried reset button but no luck. Compare to this Airtel dongle is much better.

Waste Of Money
1. No internet in 4G network after usage for a month. Now the device is useless.2. NO way to claim WARRANTY. No phone number, No address and no details on how to claim warranty2. No return. only replacement. If you are not satisfied with the product, you are stuck.3. Some times wifi network not shown for phones4. When second device is connected, first device gets disconnected and wifi network becomes invisible. (This issue occurs occasionally, but not always)5. If battery charge is low, you'll have to wait until battery is fully charged. otherwise device does not turn ON6. Battery backup is not comparable with jiofi, especially if network coverage is not full

Dont buy this
Battery drains super fast. Even with high speed data the device barely manages to give speed and connecting more than 3 devices will make the net even slower. In simple words this device is not up for the job it is made for.
