This supplement is fantastic! As a strictly-pumping mom, I struggled a lot in the early months of my son’s life with clogged ducts. I have had mastitis before and it is no joke, so I was desperate to try anything that helped to prevent it from getting to that point. This sunflower lecithin works perfectly! Even if I end up going longer than I should without pumping and I end up pretty engorged, I am able to fully empty without any clogs or, if I do get a clog, it clears right up if I put some pressure on it. They say that sunflower lecithin thins the milk out so that it doesn’t get clogged as easily and I believe that it’s definitely true. I was worried that thinning my milk would mean that it didn’t have any of the good fats in it for my son, but that’s not true either!

Took these after learning they may help to prevent clogs while breastfeeding/pumping. I experienced a couple minor clogs that I fully believe were caused by pumping with the wrong bra; I doubled up on these supplements while treating the clogs and was able to resolve the issue in less than a day both times!

If you are an overproducer- this product is for you. I have to take these everyday or else I’ll wake up with clogs / mastitis the next morning. It’s a breastfeeding lifesaver. Do yourself a favor and put it on your registry

One capsule and my milk ducts went from rush hour traffic to the Autobahn. Clog? Gone. Pain? Who? I’m basically a human milk fountain now. 10/10 would recommend to anyone whose boob feels like it’s holding a grudge. 💥🍼

Great brand. Great product for helping prevent milk clogs. Larger pill but easy to swallow. No side effects for me personally. Unsure what they are actually.

I’m giving this 4/5 stars due to this giving my baby horrible gas and diarrhea. Immediately when I fed her the milk I pumped with taking this supplement she started having gas pains so I know it was the supplement. However, it does work to clear clogged ducts but if you can afford to pump and dump this could be the supplement for you. Beware of the gas for baby! I also didn’t have any side effects for myself. Just my poor baby.

I had preciously gotten mastitis with my son 2 throughout my breastfeeding journey.For my second son this is something a friend suggested! Soooooo worth every penny.If you have every had mastitis you know the pain of it, this is a great way to help you from coming back from that or helping to ease it out all together.
