Did not come with instructions and I could not find them anywhere online. There are so many pieces this is practically impossible without them. Wish I could say more but this was a waste of money and time

Makes for a nice hotel style curtain. Just use the remote and boom your curtains are opening. I used some lightweight blackout curtain so they weren’t hard to slide over. Watch the video on how to install it. Pretty nice setup.

I am just amazed that almost every complaint in the reviews is that there are no instructions. If you order this, read the product page! The description of the curtain track clearly states that the instructions are in the video. Then look at the individual product page pictures. The last one, as is often the case with Amazon products, has a very well prepared video explaining step-by-step how to assemble and mount the curtain track.This product really needs a video, rather than a printed version of instructions. It is a real pain in the arse to put together. I admit that I had my handyman do it, and once installed, it’s fabulous!I have it mounted in my dining room and it works perfectly, opening side-to-side. Unfortunately, my home is being completely restored and remodeled and I cannot easily entertain guests. However, some family members continue to visit and help with the remodel. My two, little grand nieces both nearly leapt out of their skins when I used the remote to open the curtains! Of course, the adults took it in stride as we have all seen similar products in other homes.Anyway, for me, it’s a definite 5 stars and I recommend it if you thoroughly read the product page. It’s probably a good idea to know what you are spending your money on. And expect it to be a somewhat difficult assembly.

This works fine once you get it installed, but it didn't come with any directions which made that very difficult! It took me a lot of googling and almost an hour to figure out how this goes together and another half hour to figure out the app. There are a ton of pieces with no instructions which honestly made it way more work than it was worth.

It took me and my husband over 2 hours to figure out this electric curtain smart track. The video was not clear on certain things and had no explanation so you could understand what was going on. My hubby eventually figured it out and it does work but you need to be aware of some things. Unless we hung the curtains wrong, there is a gap between the rod and where the curtain begins so it defeats the purpose of having blackout curtains if that is what you're using. Also, you will need to measure the curtains not to touch the floor at all. If any part touches the floor, the curtains will drag on the ground preventing a smooth open and close function. We will need to use iron tape to hem the bottom so it will glide open and close nicely. Overall it was a pain to put together but it did work

My spouse is a device engineer, so he always gets really excited about anything that can be smart automated, so we decided to get this smart track. However, despite several tries, this smart track did not work. We couldn't figure it out even after spending several hours on it, so we had to put our regular curtain rod back. It was quite a hassle to put everything back in place again.

This seems SO cool. I'm really excited to use it, but there are no instructions so I've spent a bunch of time trying to figure out how to assemble it and get it to work.Each part feels well made and it seems like it will be great when it works, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I don't have a ton of time on my hands because I'm trying to fix other things that my tenants broke. They were awful and I'm glad they are gone, but it doesn't afford me much time to sit and think about this too much. I will update the listing when I finally get it to work.I think this is a good product but it's really important that you are pretty advanced with assembly because you will have to figure this out. If I am able to, I will write something out when I get it to work.

The set up was easy. It doesn’t exactly as described and works very conveniently. We have this in our living room and it took just a few minutes to set it up. I don’t see how I have lived without this because it doesn’t make anything but easier and more luxurious. It takes both sides of the sliding blinds and makes them set up to our command or remote control. Voice command sold separately but on top of this it made life easier and our guests have had nothin but great things to say. Installing was a simple. Highly recommended this for sure
