Pragmatic advice to build a winning company
Startups can excel while in "garage mode" (a few engineers and visionaries cranking out features to find product/market fit before reaching the end of the runway) only to fail once the product finds traction and the company grows rapidly. The time to understand what the company should look like at scale is before you write your first line of code so you can guide the growth with a deliberate plan. The Startup CTO's Handbook provides the roadmap.New CTO's will find a wealth of pragmatic advice born out of Zach's success with multiple startups, while the seasoned software leader is likely to find new perspectives on issues we all strive to optimize.
