NPC Sealants Solar Seal 900 (Carton of 12)

I always buy clear. That way I can see what is happening under the caulk. I use it on all of my roofing jobs. It's works great and lasts. What more can you ask for in a sealant?

Very nice product. I used it to seal joints around exterior trim mouldings and it seals very well. I was on a side that gets sun most of the day and saw no shrinkage at all like like most of the exterior trim caulks that are paintable. You have to use alcohol or spirits if you want to smooth it out. Overall I think this is a really great product and its paintable unlike silicone. I think it gives the same protection as silicone. From what I have seen it holds up well in the elements.
