Me gustan mucho los colores. Por esta razón escogí los que se indica que son para niñas, pero el calce del tapón en mi oreja fue perfecto. Reducen bastante el sonido de ambiente y puedo sentir una sensación de calma y de mayor concentración cuando los uso. La voz de otras personas se escucha perfectamente, pero sí es incómodo cuando uno habla, porque ahí es cuando se sienten los oídos tapados y da la sensación de estar bajo el agua, sin poder calcular el tono de voz porque el propio se escucha muy fuerte. De todas maneras, supongo que esto es absolutamente esperable porque hay algo que está tapando el oído y que es ajeno al cuerpo.

We are obsessed with these. My daughter is Autism level 1 and they help drown out or quiet the background noise but allow her to still hear the conversations. They are pretty little though and easy to lose

My 10-year-old son has extremely sensitive hearing. In public, he often covers his ears, and we have to keep the car stereo volume very low. He wouldn’t wear traditional headphone-style ear protection, but he was willing to try these because they look like regular earbuds at a glance.We’ve only had them for a day, but he wore them willingly on a trip to a busy store and kept them in the entire time. He said they were very helpful. We could still have conversations at a normal speaking volume in the car and the store without any problems.These earplugs come with four tip sizes, from extra extra small to medium. They seem to match the adult equivalent medium and small tips, so a small adult could probably wear them too. My son is 4’2" and 50 lbs, and the extra small tips fit him perfectly. To get an idea of what they were like, I also bought and wore the Loop Engage 2 plugs on the same trip. Assuming they’re similar, I think these are a great product. Even with both of us wearing plugs, we could hold a normal conversation.Now for the downsides. These earplugs are tiny, and so is the case. Even with a lanyard, they will be incredibly easy to lose. I’ve decided to keep them when he’s at home since I don’t want to constantly replace $35 earplugs. The tips can be difficult to swap out; it took me a good 10 minutes to put the extra small tips on the plugs. If your kid produces a lot of earwax, you’ll be cleaning these a lot. You do get the effect of hearing your own voice louder, like with normal earplugs, but it’s not as bad.I would recommend these for any kid with auditory sensory issues.

I have small ear canals and have the hardest time finding earplugs. The Mack's earplugs were the best and I used them a lot but I wanted a change. I had tried Loops last year and was so sad that they actually hurt my jaw after being in for a few minutes. This time searching for new plugs I discovered Loop had kid's sizes.It seems like they're actually the exact same loops as the adults - I compared them with my dad's - but the nubs come in a smaller size. I tried the smallest ones and they fit comfortably! I wore these at a wedding for the entire night and they were so comfortable. Loop should include the smaller size nubs in the adult ones for teeny eared people like me!

How do you put a price on peace? I would pay anything for my child to feel at ease and have calm in their daily life. Loop, take all my money! They have worn bulky over the ear ballistic hearing protection since they were a toddler to help cope with noise sensitivities and extreme anxiety. We have tried so many different “earplug” brands and styles, but that was also a sensory issue. Nothing was comfortable; all were refused. Until now. Initially, they refused to try the Loop Engage Kids and became very anxious. With a little convincing, we got one in and then the other. On day one, they said they couldn’t really tell a difference, but they asked for them the next day. So don’t give up! They’re helping, and it’s been wonderful to find a more streamlined solution than wearing ballistic hearing protection everyday. However, in extreme environments or at peak anxiety, we do double up the Loop Engage Kids and over the ear protection (see my review for Pro For Sho 34dB Shooting Ear Protection) for a bulletproof solution and almost absolute quiet for my child. My child still needs me to help put the Loop Engage Kids in, but they can remove them easily by simply pulling on the ring. These were a great investment, and I highly recommend.

I have a sensative 5 year old who gets very anxious when things are loud. She was struggling in preschool when it was free play time and the kids got loud. We were utilizing large over the head noise cancelling head phones for things like vacuuming, but in school that is pretty distracting for other kids. (They are large and bright pink, we got them at a monster truck event.) I am ADHD and suffer from chronic migraines and I have been using Loops for years now. I have a pair in my car, my purse, and one on my nightstand. I use them for concerts, to focus, when I have a migraine and I have to go somewhere. So when my daughter needed help with her anxiety, I went straight to Loops, and I was SO HAPPY to find the smaller size. I was slightly jealous that she got a nicer case than mine, but fine. It has helped her so much at preschool, and the teachers agree that they aren't distracting because she has them around her neck when she doesnt need them, and in her ears when she does. If you have a noise sensitive kiddo, these are a must have.

So I have a tiny ear canal for an adult. I use the XXS loop inserts for kids and I have tiny hands but long nails and it’s impossible to use the handles. They also are so small they kind slip into my outer ear as well if I’m not careful when inserting.The fit is snug to the point I feel a vacuum seal. The sound proofing is moderate to minor. I use this when going to concerts when I know I’ll be far from the sound source and in crowds but there is not e oh sound proofing for a front row concert. And too much sound proofing for use for casual occasions. I would use this if I were taking the subway again though.In the end I just keep them in my purse so if it gets loud I can pop these in and ignore everyone 😝
