Mop squeegee (type) piece was broken when I got it, item isn’t backed by Amazon (good to know after the fact 😡🤬)Do not buy!! Bucket dumped over 3 gallons of water all over my floor when trying to pick up … what the heck are you supposed to use (other than the cheap) handles to pick this bucket up to dump it?? I am so pissed off for thinking this was a good idea. WORST PURCHASE IN ALL My purchases I’ve made on Amazon!! It’s CRAP!💩

First, the quality is pretty shoddy. Second, I didn’t receive the bucket the mop was supposed to come with. Third, if you try to return it it will cost you a fortune in shipping because you have to figure out how to get it back to China. DHL to china is super expensive. So no, I won’t be paying $100.00 in shipping to send back a $35.00 product that should have been priced at $10.00

I will get used to it. It does work but you still end up having to touch the mop to get it positioned to draw the wringer over it. You have the elongated bucket to wring the dirty water into but you need clean water then too don’t you. I ran mine under running water to Mop rinse wring repeat. It’s kind of cheap feeling and not ergonomically sufficient. Needs a better solution to the single untrustworthy bucket. Nice folding idea though. Storing is easy. An update since I’ve been using this and also have the Joy-Moop tool and bucket. The pad is easier to attach than the Joy-Moop. It’s bigger, too. JM is nice because of the divided bucket with wringer. But the fabric that attaches the cleaning pad to the edge shredded after the 3rd use. Again I’ve updated this review because correctly attaching pads on these mops is crucial to it’s performance.

I like that the bucket can be flatened for easy storage. Also like the bucket has wheels & can readily move around room as you mop. It is however awkward to ring out mop, not easy to use, gets water all over floor as you try to ring it. I gave a 3 star because of my disappointment of use. Good idea but needs more work in the design.

The product was delivered in two separate packages, on two different days. Neither package contains instructions on how to put the parts together, neither mention is made on how it works. The only printed list of parts, WRITTEN IN CHINESE!!!!! Who speaks chinese in this country?. Why are the sellers not required to include instructions in English???

Very easy to use, very practical and fast cleaning.

Try to get the squishy part working, can’t figure it out, on video proved look easy, until try to do it, either the design is not correct, or the guy did it in the video got a lot better part than the one I received. Returning it for refund.

Bought the mop. My wife really likes it. But....NO instructions and the video isn't in English. A little confusing to put together
