Both frames were damaged
Both frames arrived damaged. The backs of both frames are cracked, one pane is cracked, and one pane is visably scuffed in multiple areas. Normally I'd try to do an exchange but I'm on a time crunch and although damaged they qre still usesble so they'll have to do.I've gotten this style of frame before from a different brand and loved them. I figured they'd be the same. I'm very disappointed that they aren't. I still gave 3 stars because they could have potentially been damaged by the delivery people and outside of the damage they are lovely, easy to use, and affordable.
