I have received a used phone instead of new one. This phone restarts automatically and service centre refused to service it due to it is used and defective phone which they already issued a replacement. I am not sure how Amazon will keep these kind of sellers on their platform. This is giving big headache and we need more cautious while purchasing from Amazon as this is bitter experience. At the time of this writing it is still in hanging who will take responsibility for this issy.
