Works great. The neck makes the wash very easy to use. The release button on top makes sure that the rinse flows at the same rate of speed and pressure the whole time. Gentle on the nose too.

The problem I have is that the adult attachment leaks from my nose. The child attachment doesn't leak, but the pressure is much less, so it takes longer to rinse. But it is an ingenious device and is ok.

I hated the typical nasal rinse bottle that you get from the store. This is easy to use and gental on the nose. It is also gravity fed so you won’t accidentally push too hard and hurt your sinuses. Definitely a good product!

It is really easy to use and a great value.

It works real well. Compared to the conventional bottle, there is no need to squeeze for solution to flow. You don't have air mixing in when the bottle is almost empty or you won't be able to empty the whole content otherwise you mix air with it.

Very easy to use. I purchased because of a sinus infection. Over a couple weeks it's cleared up. Now I use this on a regular basis.

better have your nose over a sink when you start this thing up.
