Mostly good colours
All colours really good apart from the purple one . I had to use loads and it only have a very subtle lilac . Other than that easy to use with good results for the other colours

Great for colouring white chocolate
I used these oils to colour chocolate for my Son’s Lego themed birthday cake. It took a lot of oil to get close to the Lego brick colours, so I chose not to feed them to the children. But the effect for the sake of the cake was great!

Not as vibrant as advertised
Nicely packed , good variety of colours but sadly not as vibrant as advertised. Used half the bottle of orange and it barely tinted my buttercream ( from 200g of butter) .I was disappointed.

Mixes easily into buttercream, nice colours and the little bottles 'drip' the colour well.
The media could not be loaded. Liquid, paste, gel, and powder colours, we have them all. My wife has always used food colouring in her dessert making and cake decorating but until now has not used an oil based version, so she was keen to try the ERCorArt product. When we tried colouring some buttercream the advantage of this formula became very obvious as the colour mixed in very easily and smoothly with no streaks at all. We think that these colours would be perfect for colouring anything with a high fat content such as white chocolate, marzipan or ice-cream.We noticed that the description on the front of the box says “non-toxic” and normally we would only use products in food that say “edible”. Other than the front of the box the term 'food grade' is used in the product page descriptions so personally we are happy with that for the intended purpose. Each of the individual bottles lists the ingredients and every one contains some of the colours Yellow 5, Yellow 6, or Red 40. As this is a US labelling system there are no E numbers or usual warnings as used in Europe and UK. (For example, US Yellow 5 is UK and EU Tartrazine E102)This set has a good range of ten colours which we would say are reasonably concentrated. Although the colours come in convenient little dropper bottles we found them very difficult to open as the screw tops seemed to be determined not to let go! Once we did manage to break the seals we had to remember to remove the “plastic collar” which was left around the neck before it fell into our mixing bowl. The price of around £9.99 represents value for money with each bottle only costing around 90p each. I am however giving this product 4 stars because of my comments about the labelling.

Weak
You have to use so much to gain little colour. Disappointing. This was almost whole bottle of the grape colour.
